Masterplan
PERAHMAT Mukmin Village is a Self Styled Well Planned Islamic Resort Cum Residential - This Masterplan is a comprehensive design and planning document covering all aspects of this new and exclusive ISLAMIC Township resort on Hulu Langat Lake coast. It has been created by PERAHMAT in close liaison with the Master Planner and Township Consultant Development Team.
Design Principles
The fundamental design principle is to create a beautifully landscaped, luxury resort on Hulu Langat Lake coast and hillsides . It is designed so that wherever you are positioned on Lalzit Bay Resort you feel like you are relaxing at the beach – completely removed from the pressures of modern-day living.
The quality of the landscaping materials and extensive use of native plant species will help us realise the design objectives of the concept masterplan and bring the feeling of being at the beach deep into the resort.
Phase 1
The first construction phase is a mix of residential villas, apartments and commercial units. Construction started in February 2012 on blocks A & B for delivery in 2013 and the whole of phase 1 is estimated to be completed by 2014.

By 2014, the beach will be open and will include a wide range of activities and amenities. More details on the beach can be found here.
There will be several construction phases on the site over the next few years. Existing residential areas will be shielded from any disruption and disturbance through well-planned landscaping, site-boarding, and specific access routes for engineering machinery to use, well away from residential areas.
Land Usage
Land usage is indicated on this map using colour coding. A range of beach facilities, apartment and villa types and commercial areas can be discerned on the map.
Building Heights
PERAHMAT ISLAMIC Resort is a low-rise, low-density resort. Lake Beach, Dune and Garden villas are restricted to 2 storeys. Apartments in phase 1 are 3 storeys and towards the rear of the resort, the apartments will be 4 storeys.
Circulation
Circulation of vehicles is guided around the edges of the resort. This ensures the entire central landscaped zones are pedestrian only zones. Pathways from residential areas lead out onto a central walkways through the centre of the resort down towards the restaurants, bars, gym and beach.
Resort Amenities
Phase 1 will include restaurants, shops, swimming pools and various other amenities.
On the beach, there will be volleyball, wind-surfing, bars, restaurants and, of course, sun loungers.
Arrival Courts / Parking
Parking areas and arrival courts will be built using materials like grasscrete and incorporating trees and aesthetically pleasing design features.
Residents can drive into the resort, park their car and never have to see it for their entire time as parking is situated behind the apartment buildings. Private parking is available to residents.
Resident Gardens
All properties will be surrounded by gardens with native plants and shrubs. Designed specifically to be natural sun-shades and a relaxing place to escape the heat of the midday sunshine.
The Beach

Wetland Gardens
